For maintenance-related issues, please submit your feedback and requests via our "Tenant's Feedback Online", and we will endeavour to respond to you within your indicated time-frame. However, you are advised to contact us directly at the Maintenance Service Helpdesk number should your feedback and requests be of immediate nature.
