Our office is open from Monday - Friday, between 9.00AM to 6.00PM and on Saturday between 9.00AM to 1.00PM. 

You can call, fax, email or use our online enquiry form to send us your query, and we will endeavour to respond to you within 3 working days.

For maintenance-related issues, please submit your feedback and requests via our "Tenant's Feedback Online", and we will endeavour to respond to you within your indicated time-frame.  However, you are advised to contact us directly at the Maintenance Service Helpdesk number should your feedback and requests be of immediate nature.
