Property Maintenance Technician
Description:
The incumbent is responsible for providing front line labour support, working co-operatively with and under the direction of the Property Maintenance Officer toward the completion of assigned projects. Due to the nature of the Technician's mostly outdoor working environment, the Technician is also often one of Richzone's most visible guest service ambassadors.
Requirements:
· NITEC (Electrical/Air-Conditioning/Building/Fire Protection)
· Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Building Maintenance
· Trouble-shooting air-con VRV system
· Computer literate
· Team-player & hardworking
Security Supervisor
Description:
The incumbent is responsible deloping processes to assure critical information is protected and secure. Provide oversight, troubleshooting & maintenance on procedures & controls necessary to ensure & protect the safety & security of all within the work compound.
Requirements:
· WSQ/NSRS certified
· Ex-SCDF/Ex-SAF/Ex-SPF background preferred
· Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
· 12 hours day/night shift
· Responsible & hardworking
